Description
OK! This is a caricature of a famous nineteen century writer in my country. He told that he miss one arm helping a woman in a mexican river, when a crocodile attacks them he offers his arm to save the woman. A perfect gentelman...but really he miss it by gangrene...

Can't comment on how accurate the caracature is...but it's a fun drawing and I love his wire wool beard!

Excellent details and very nice black background!
Another version is that a friend hit him on the wrist with a can and developed gangrene and needed an amputation.....you version is more romantic!!
Well done!
