Ehehe this picture is very good, I like the concept a lot!
I think the style you used for this picture is great for the concept, not only it makes the picture funnier is also is belivable

I really like the barcode the registered symbol.
I think the colors look pretty good too but there are places, like the head of the baby, where it seams to be failing some colors. I think that should be worked a bit more.
Still it's an icredible picture.

I saw your blog and I really like the caricatures, you sure have talent for them! Please keep doing them, they are very good and funny too.
